Booking & Payment Policy
Reservation Policy:
- Reservations are accepted on a “first come, first serve” basis.
- Full payment is required to secure the rental car and dates.
- A payment link will be sent via WhatsApp when you confirm the rental car, price, and terms.
Payment Options:
We offer the following payment methods:
- Cash Payment On Delivery
- Local Online Bank Transfer (Local and PR): Make a direct bank transfer to our specified bank account. Please provide proof of payment.
- E-Wallet (Touch N’ Go and GrabPay): You can pay using popular e-wallet options in Malaysia.
Travel Policy:
The rental car policy strictly prohibits renters from taking the vehicle outside of Malaysia, including destinations such as Thailand and Singapore, without prior consent from the company. If you have any inquiries or require permission for an out-of-country trip, please get in touch with the company for further information.
Pricing Policy:
The prices for all vehicles listed on this website are fixed and not open to negotiation.
Car Rental Mileage Policy:
- For rentals lasting 3 days or more, there is unlimited mileage available for economy, premium, and some luxury cars.
- For rentals of 1 to 2 days, a daily mileage limit of 130-200 kilometers applies.
In case you exceed the specified mileage cap, surcharges are applicable as follows:
- For Economy and Premium cars with a 200 kilometers per day limit:
Excess mileage costs range from RM0.20 to RM0.80 per kilometer.
- For Luxury and Exotic cars with a 130 kilometers per day limit:
Excess mileage costs range from RM1.00 to RM5.00 per kilometer.
Car Rental Insurance Policy:
Vehicle Insurance Coverage: Our car rental company provides comprehensive insurance coverage for all vehicles in our fleet. This means that our vehicles are fully insured and have all the necessary legal documentation required for road use.
Vehicle Accident Insurance Coverage: In the unfortunate event of an accident, our insurance coverage comes into play. However, it’s important to understand that our coverage only applies when the cost of damages exceeds a specific amount, which we refer to as the “excess.”
Renter’s Non-Waivable Excess Liabilities: As a renter, you have a certain financial responsibility in case of an accident. This is known as the “excess liability.” This amount is non-waivable, meaning you’ll be required to pay it regardless of whether you are at fault for the accident. The excess liability is intended to cover expenses related to the vehicle’s repair and the time it spends in our workshop.
Standard Excess Liability Amount: The specific excess liability amount varies based on the type of vehicle you rent:
Economy Vehicles: If you’re renting an economy vehicle, the excess liability ranges from RM3,500 to RM7,000. This means that you’ll be responsible for paying an amount within this range in case of an accident.
Premium Vehicles: For premium vehicles, the excess liability falls between RM6,500 and RM11,000. In the event of an accident, your financial responsibility will be within this specified range.
Luxury Vehicles: If you opt for a luxury vehicle, the excess liability ranges from RM12,000 to RM16,000. In case of an accident, you will be liable to pay an amount within this specified range.
In summary, our car rental insurance policy ensures that all our vehicles are comprehensively insured, offering you peace of mind during your rental. In case of an accident, you, as the renter, will be responsible for paying the excess amount, which varies depending on the type of vehicle you choose. This amount is charged regardless of fault and is designed to cover the costs associated with the vehicle’s repair and downtime in our workshop.
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
The security deposit amount is determined based on the specific car model chosen and the duration of the rental.
Security Deposit Amounts:
- For Economy cars: Minimum RM300.00 to RM600.00*
- For Premium cars: Minimum RM500.00 to RM1000.00*
- For Luxury cars: Minimum RM1,000.00 to RM2,000.00*
- For Exotic cars: Minimum RM2,000.00 to RM4,000.00*
